30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at jaykob072026@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
